have not made a Strawberry Cheesecake "Bahama
Rama Mama!" We have a complete training program
for franchisees and management personnel.
Can
a Bahama Buck's Franchise be purchased as an investment
without my full time management?

and involvement of each franchisee is important
to the store's success, and we require that every
franchisee attend Bahama Buck's training classes.

is updated continually. In addition, Bahama Buck's
Marketing Team is available to work with you on

Does
Bahama Buck's assist me in the site selection process?
One of
the most important issues is location, location,
location. Once you are awarded a franchise, we begin
a site development search. You will be working with
Bahama Buck's staff and real estate professionals
to secure the right location for your Bahama Buck's.
Site selection is a combined effort and must be
approved by both parties before a lease is signed
or land is purchased.
Will
Bahama Buck's assist me in lease negotiations?
Absolutely.
Bahama Buck's is available to initiate, negotiate
and review all lease arrangements. Bahama Buck's
will provide experienced help and recommendations
during these important negotiations. After final
negotiations, it is still suggested you have legal
counsel review the final lease before signing.
Do
I get a protected territory when I am awarded my
Bahama Buck's Franchise?
Yes.
Every Bahama Buck's has their own protected trade
area based on demographic and geographic regions.
May
I own more than one Bahama Buck's?
Certainly.
Franchising is all about growth and we encourage
our franchisees to become multi-unit operators.

The term
of the Agreement is Ten (10) years, and may be renewed
for an additional Ten (10) years.

to any buyer approved by Bahama Buck's. There is
a transfer fee for administrative, legal and training
expenses involved with the transfer.

right location and build out your shop.

Bahama Buck's does not disclose earnings claims
in its Offering Circular and is therefore not allowed
to suggest that a franchisee can expect any level
