Bahama Buck's considers land purchases, freestanding and in-line spaces, ground leases, build-to-suits and other opportunities.

• We require upfront, high-impact locations with excellent visibility and
access from adjacent streets.

• Bahama Buck's prototype buildings typically range from 600 square feet to 1,500 square feet (freestanding is preferred)

• Depending on the size of the proposed building, land parcels must accommodate between 12 and 30 parking spaces. (10,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet of land) Visit our typical site plan page for examples.
